Frederic Vassort

Frederic Vassort is a seasoned corporate professional with over 30 years of leadership at the senior level with top-rated international companies in multiple countries with a strong focus on the power industry. An MSc Engineering (ESME, France) and INSEAD MBA (France and Singapore) graduate, Frederic Vassort began as an entrepreneur 12 years ago by investing in a leading high-tech start-up in Belgium which he turned into a global leader in its industry. Frederic Vassort is now a Board member in several start-ups/scale-ups in the tech sector, which he helps grow. Having conducted a very international entrepreneurial and corporate career in over 12 countries, Frederic Vassort now lives in Nepal where he is involved in several academic and incubator projects to help young Nepalis create their own growth opportunities. Frederic Vassort also speaks in international conferences on energy and entrepreneurship topics, along with giving lectures in several European institutions.

Subodh Rupakheti

Subodh Rupakheti is an educator, innovator, and entrepreneur with a proven track record of driving results and fostering growth. A recipient of the Academic Excellence Award from the University of the West of England, he further honed his expertise with a CeDiploma in Open Innovation from Harvard Business School, focusing on developing strategies that solve complex business challenges. Over the past two years, he has worked with more than 15 startups, advising founders on scaling operations and achieving sustainable success. In addition, he has delivered lectures to students in Economics, People Management, and Organizational Behavior. As a thought leader, he has shared his expertise at prestigious forums like the National Entrepreneurship Conclave 2.0, India and the Expert Educator Exchange, reaching over 200 professionals. His research, presented at the 6th International Conference at Prince of Songkla University and later published in Elsevier SSRN, has been recognized for its strategic contributions to triple bottom line and innovation. Whether providing strategic guidance to startups, mentoring students, or conducting impactful research, he is driven by a commitment to empower organizations and individuals to achieve their full potential.
