Course description
The course of Advanced Machine Learning Using Python is intended for professionals and students who want to get advanced knowledge of data science alongside hands-on machine learning. This intensive course lasts 12 weeks but is rather hands-on, i.e., mentors combine practical courses with the application-oriented labs on one of the most robust and broadly used languages today, Python. The participants will start with strong basics of data science, Python programming, and the mathematics of machine learning. The course material covers the manipulation of data frameworks in Pandas, as well as data exploration and visualization methods. At that point, the students will delve into describing statistics and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, and measures of model evaluation.
Moving forward in the course, the learners will be immersed in advanced machine learning, such as multiple linear regression, classification (logistic regression, KNN), clustering (K-means), and dimensionality reduction (Principal Component Analysis, PCA) formulas and techniques. The program ends with an introduction to deep learning concepts and to neural networks. Coding exercises, case studies, and assignments will complement every module, making the participants well aware about the why, but also the how of machine learning algorithms. Under the mentorship of expert professionals in this industry, this course will help the learner to solve actual data problems with a high degree of confidence, ready to take up jobs in data science, analytics, or AI development.
