He has launched the Glocal Teen Hero platform to acknowledge and reward exceptional teenagers in Nepal, and it has expanded internationally. While working as an advisor for Youth, Skill, and Education to the Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, Nepal, He has been trying to bridge education and employment through various training and empowerment. He is also the National Convener of the Youth Chapter at the Nepal Britain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Shekhar Golchha

Graduating from the UK with a Degree in management – Mr. Shekhar Golchha has been instrumental in his ventures and is one of the most renowned businessmen. He has diversified Golchha’s operation across multiple sectors like Education, Life Insurance, Medicine, Bioscience, and Alternative Energy. He has been the President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). His experience managing multiple companies like Hansraj Hulaschand and Co, HIM Electronics, and Hulas Investment displays his profound vision, which has been a big help in shaping Nepal’s industrial and financial landscape. He and his company have also been involved in the Automotive, Electronics, and Financial sectors.

Saurav Satyal

Academic Lead

Saurav Satyal is an accomplished academic and industry professional with a diverse background in teaching, curriculum development, and business leadership. With a PhD in Sustainable Energy Management from Prince of Songkla University, Thailand, and a Master’s in International Business and Management from the University of Bedfordshire, UK, he brings a global perspective to education and research. Currently serving as the Academic Lead at Embark College, Saurav oversees curriculum development, faculty management, and quality assurance while fostering collaboration with industry partners. Saurav’s teaching portfolio spans modules such as Organizational Behavior, Consumer Behavior, and Branding Strategy at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. His innovative approach integrates experiential learning, including case studies and management simulations, to prepare students for real-world challenges. As a Senior Lecturer at Embark College, Saurav is committed to fostering academic excellence and inspiring students to excel in business and management.
